Beach is closed to public from 11:00 pm to 5:00 am during the months of May through October of each year.Ocean rescue qualified lifeguards on duty from mid-June until labor day from 10 am to 5 pm daily. They also utilize a jet ski for the water and a "mule" for the beach. Lifeguard staff is usually 22-24 for the season.
